As we have a contact with the NHS, our staff are highly trained to care for those who are approaching the end of their life. We provide support to many people with a range of terminal illnesses, most of whom are bed bound. The carers not only treat each induvial with dignity and respect, but they also have a duty to keep people safe by providing pressure area care, safe moving & handling practices & dealing with a multidisciplinary team to avoid hospital discharge whilst keeping the individuals wishes at the fore front at all times.
